SAF was established in 11-06-2013 by a group of various skilled and
professional persons and registered with KVK with number 58125469 to
provide humanitarian, relief and development services for concerned
population according to SAF objectives and in the lights of
constitutions/laws in Netherlands and Afghanistan.
SAF registration certificate 58125469 is updated on 04-10-2022 in the
Nederland (Gemeente Landerd, Lankforst 4372, 6538 JW Nijmegen).
SAF is also officially registered in Afghanistan with Ministry of
Economy with number 505 dated 06-03-2023 and accepted as an
International Non-Governmental Organization to start its
activities.
SAF has its statute including (Objectives, Operation Sectors, HR
Policy, Finance Policy, Procurement Policy, Monitoring Policy and Code
of Conduct) and board of directorates in the Nederland and
Afghanistan. SAF also has its professional staff including program,
finance and administration/human resources in the Nederland.
Prosperous communities in which everyone understands and enjoys their rights and benefit from sustainable livelihoods and high quality basic services, while participating in the decision-making process.
SAF is dedicated to delivering community development projects in
order to empower the livelihood of marginalized people.

Facilitate sustainable community development initiative using participatory mechanisms.

Promote efforts aimed at ensuring peace and harmony is the target communities.
Improve health and sanitation conditions by developing a sustainable and replicable promotional and preventive health care system with particular focus on women and children.
Create a partnership at local and international levels for technical assistance and technical cooperation.
Introduce and promote improved and sustainable agricultural practices with focus on resource-poor farmers with a view to raising their productivity and conserving natural resource and bio-diversity.

SAF endeavors to reach the most disadvantaged target groups, often under very difficult circumstances. SAF is willing to provide much needed assistance to the most susceptible and marginalized groups including returning refugees, internally displaced persons, poor families, disable persons, the unemployed, the uneducated as well as to community-based organizations.
The head office of SAF is in Nijmegen city of the Nederland, using a rented building equipped with required office equipment and delivers humanitarian and developmental services through its coordination efforts. SAF has so far its country Office in Afghanistan located in Kabul as well as SAF is willing to work wherever there is the need and recently we are in contact with some Ukrainian NGOs and preparing the organization to deliver Humanitarian and Relief services.
The Stichting Amanaat Foundation (SAF) pays keen attention towards the fields of Health, Education, Agriculture, Irrigation, Emergency and Social Services. The organization wishes to work in all parts of Afghanistan. However, the organization is particularly interested to work in the places where severely damaged areas are reached and to implement the projects which have not been undertaken. SAF has specialized personnel in above mentioned operational sectors.
SAF is implementing programs considering integrated community development approaches through the following sectors:

👉 Our target communities have gained access to sustainable sources of clean and safe water.
👉 Our target communities will have access to improved and safe sanitation services and will have adopted proper and safe hygiene practices.
👉 Promote health status in the targeted communities.
👉 Women and youth in the community have secured job opportunities or self-employment.
👉 Poor farmers and their households have diversified and increased their income.
